Nos esforzamos por entregar tus pedidos lo más rápido posible, asegurándonos de que estén cuidadosamente empaquetados para evitar daños durante el transporte. Ofrecemos envío GRATIS en pedidos de $100 o más a los 48 estados contiguos. Para obtener el envío gratuito, su pedido debe ser igual o superior al monto del envío gratuito, antes de impuestos y después de aplicar los descuentos. Para pedidos inferiores a $100, calculamos el envío según el peso del pedido y la dirección de entrega. Nuestro servicio de mensajería preferido es USPS. El envío el mismo día está disponible para pedidos realizados antes de las 3 p. m. (de lunes a viernes). Los sábados, domingos y festivos se gestionan el lunes o el siguiente día hábil (los días hábiles no incluyen sábados, domingos ni festivos). Pedidos retrasados o perdidos Si bien nuestro equipo trabaja arduamente para garantizar que todos los pedidos se envíen a tiempo, no nos responsabilizamos de los retrasos causados por el servicio de mensajería. USPS no garantiza las fechas de entrega estimadas para el servicio de correo prioritario. POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO Última actualización: 8 de julio de 2024 Todas las ventas son definitivas. Aceptamos devoluciones para reembolso o cambio de artículos dañados durante el transporte. Reembolsos y cambios Para ser elegible para un reembolso o cambio, primero debe comunicarse con nosotros dentro de los 7 días posteriores a la recepción de los artículos para alertarnos del daño. Reembolsos (si corresponde) Una vez recibida e inspeccionada su devolución, le enviaremos un correo electrónico para notificarle que hemos recibido el artículo. También le notificaremos si su reembolso ha sido aprobado o rechazado. Si se aprueba, se procesará su reemplazo o reembolso y se acreditará automáticamente a su tarjeta de crédito, método de pago original, en un plazo de 10 días hábiles. Cambios (si aplica) Solo reemplazamos artículos dañados. Si necesita cambiarlo por el mismo artículo, contáctenos y devuélvanoslo. Paquetes perdidos o robados Craftcrylic no se responsabiliza de la pérdida o el robo de paquetes cuya entrega se confirme en la dirección proporcionada en el pedido.
